The kicker secured two field goals in his first game of the American football season, won by the Green Bay Packers 38-20.
Brazilian kicker Cairo Santos was the highlight of the Chicago Bears in this first round of the 2023 NFL season,
scoring the two field goals he attempted and guaranteeing six of the team's 20 points in the 38-20 defeat to the Green Bay Packers.
It was good for the Bears, who lost at home at Soldier Field in Chicago. But Cairo once again showed the quality of his shot.
Cairo's first field goal, which can be seen in the video above, was scored in the first quarter, from a distance of 47 yards.
They were the team's only points in the first period, won by the Packers 7-3.
Green Bay also only made one field goal and the quarter ended in a 3-3 tie, with the total score in favor of the Packers, 10-3.
In the next two quarters, Cairo had no more opportunities.
The team managed to convert the first of the touchdowns, but not the second.
On the other side, the Packers scored four more touchdowns and ended the game winning 38-20.
